[WEBINAR] Building flow chemistry workstations for fast reaction screening and optimization
In this webinar, we share methods to screen and optimize reactions under extreme time constraints using flow chemistry setups integrated with PAT.
Using examples of synthetic molecules in early phase development, we describe how to:
1. Assemble an unsupervised, flow-based workstation for fast reaction screening.
2. Construct inexpensive flow rigs that rapidly identify optimal reaction conditions.
3. Use PAT tools to obtain deep kinetic and mechanistic reaction understanding.
Our presenters are Andrew Byrne, an organic chemist (B.Sc, PhD) and Iseult Mossop, a chemical engineer (BE, C.Eng) who work together and combine chemistry and chemical engineering principles for fast, evidence-based process development.
