The Medicine Accelerator Named One of Ireland’s Top 100 Companies for Workplace Wellbeing

The Medicine Accelerator (APC and VLE Therapeutics) has been named one of Ireland’s Top 100 Companies for Workplace Wellbeing by Business & Finance in partnership with Ibec. This recognition celebrates organizations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to supporting employee mental health, wellbeing, and a healthy workplace culture.

This honor reflects the work of The Medicine Accelerator’s BeWell@Cherrywood initiative, which has played a pivotal role in creating a workplace environment where wellbeing is embedded into how teams operate, collaborate, and grow. The initiative spans mental health awareness, wellness programming, access to resources, and organizational practices designed to foster sustainable performance.

The award builds on The Medicine Accelerator’s 2024 reaccreditation of the Ibec KeepWell™ Mark—a rigorous, evidence-based accreditation standard that assesses leadership, mental health policies, physical activity, and more.
